Our Read along with Dad (or Mum) project is growing with more prisons across the UK offering the service. Read Along with Dad aims to replicate the experience of parent and child sharing a book.
The project combines both our CD and DVD service. Once Dad/Mum has read the story, our Audio Editors edit & remove any mistakes, then add music and sound effects, just as we would with our CD service. Our editors then use video editing software to add the book pages. The pages then turn in time with the story so that the child sees the book pages and is able to read along with Dad or Mum. The Woodsford Riders are undertaking together an ambitious Cycle Challenge to raise money for us. |They are cycling 100km from Southampton, around the New Forest, around the Isle of Wight, and back to Southampton over 16th and 17th June.
The team will consist of 16 riders from across the Woodsford Group, representing Woodsford Consulting, Woodsford Litigation Funding and Woodsford TradeBridge.

We are thrilled to announce that children’s author, Julia Donaldson has become a new Patron of Storybook Dads. Julia is perhaps most well known for her story, ‘The Gruffalo’ and its sequel ‘The Gruffalo’s Child’ but she has written countless books which are firm recording favourites with our dads, mums and their children.
